Project NEMO (English)
The Project NEMO (New / Next Economic Model) focuses on the development of an extended economic model in which already in the systemic base the foundations are laid to meet the needs of today's realities in business, politics and society. Mainly in the integration of intangible assets and subjective value metrics.
This is NOT a debugging of a theory based on outdated fundamentals. Starting from scratch on a new base leads to better understanding and modelling of real economic reality and a more sustainable decision making.
Das Project NEMO (New/Next Economic Model) bezweckt die Entwicklung eines erweiterten ökonomischen Modells, in dem schon in den systemischen Grundlagen die Voraussetzungen gelegt werden, mit denen die heutigen Realitäten von Wirtschaft, Politik und Gesellschaft vollständiger erfasst und damit nachhaltiger gestaltet werden können.
Die bisherigen Vorleistungen zeigen, dass grosse Teile der klassischen und bewährten Lösungen nicht nur kompatibel sind sondern einen qualitativen Quantensprung erhalten.
Dies besonders in den Bereichen Potenzialentwicklung, Performance, Shared Value, Audit, unternehmensübergreifende vernetzte Wertschöpfung, Koproduktion, Kompensation, Change Management, Intellectual Capital, Innovation und Strategie.

INSEDE is the operational unit for professional maintenance and development of basic and application modules and related services to developers and users.
The Institute is designed as an "open" institution that provides the necessary infrastructure available to developers.
We would be delighted if more practitioners from around the world contribute their knowledge and skills.

In dieser Broschüre sind ausgewählte Entwicklungsschritte und Meilensteine chronologisch zusammengefasst.
So weit verfügbar sind die Einträge verlinkt. Dadurch könne auch die Originaldokumente heruntergeladen werden. Abgerundet wird die Timeline durch anderweitige Veröffentlichungen, die den "Zeitgeist" aus der Entwicklung der Wirtschaft und den ökonomischen Theorien und deren Interpretationen wiederspiegelt.
Das Dokument wird regelmässig aktualisiert und umfasst aktuell rund 90 Seiten. Es wurde bisher über 2'000x herunter geladen.

Re-Inventing Business Administration (German)
Die Grundlagen der Wirtschaftslehre sind über 200 Jahre alt. Trotz ihrem Alter sind sie weltweit auch heute noch das "Betriebssystem für Manager und Ökonomen". Peer to peer discussion
This peer discussion addressed the latest thinking on the importance of intangible values as well as resulting risks and opportunities. Participants were able to share experiences gained and hear best practices in the managing, auditing and reporting of intangible assets. Additionally, actions to introduce a new generation of value measurement and value management were considered.
It's now possible to track monetary AND nonmonetary value progress.

Linking the Subjective and Objective Dimension into One System of "Vector-Based" Performance Measurement.
Abstract:
Customers or other stakeholders require from business or non-profit organizations today to act according to their subjective, qualitative values. Therefore organizations have to take increasingly qualitative, subjective ratings and values into account in managerial decision making. Thus, they need performance measurement systems that are able to handle subjective, qualitative measures and to combine them with objective, financial information. The vector-based concept of performance measurement & visualization that is introduced in this paper and that the authors discuss is offering a practical solution for this.

Strategic Potential and Performance Quadrants (explicit meets implicit)
Classic view is, that you measure and show value, progress and performance in monetary units. This economic paradigm lefts out that there are nonmonetary values too.
If one accepts the potential as second dimension it's possible to show the four quadrants of integrated enterprise wealth.
- Build potential (invest money, gain knowledge/intangibles...)
- Grow (sell goods, services, licenses, earn additional knowledge/intangibles)
- Reduce (sell part of potential, infrastructure..., earn money)
- kill (shed, lose potential and money)
