Hybrid metrics are used manyfold in the engineering science. For measuring color (red, green, blue), velocity (magnitude and direction), acceleration (magnitude and direction), forces (magnitude and direction) and many much more.
Another - in Math, physics and engineering more common and used expression for the term 'Hybrid Metrics' is just 'Vector' or 'Vector Measures', 'Vector Metrics'.
See Wikipedia
A vector therefore is a mathematical tool for quantifying several properties of an object simultaneously. As one can use mathematical rules (as adding and sutracting) for the vector too, it's possible to calculate in multidimensional spaces.
It's even possible to visualize the addition (or subtraction) of vectors.
Such mathematical principles/quantities will be useful, if it are combined wit any kind of 'measures' - be it an 'objective' (official standard) or a 'subjective' (individual standard) measure.
Measuring prerequisites a standard to be compared with.

Purpose of 'Project NEMO' (New/Next Economic Model) is to enhance classic economics by
(i) including intangible assets as the common (re)source of welfare and wealth and
(ii) disclosing a vector based hybrid value principle enabling monetary AND nonmonetary dimensions as a compound/hybrid measure.
